F. Charles Frey IV, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Frey holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia and is a member of the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has been in private practice in Baton Rouge since 2003, specializing in the clinical assessment of cognitive and learning disorders, attention deficits, anxiety disorders, PTSD, chronic pain, and psychological complications of medical and neurological conditions.
Dr. Frey has authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, taught psychology courses at Louisiana State University, and served as a clinical supervisor for the LSU-Our Lady of the Lake Psychiatric Psychiatric Residency program. Dr. Frey has testified as an expert in clinical psychology in state and federal courts.
