We are network providers with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Louisiana. As a courtesy, we are happy to contact BCBS to inquire about your benefits and how they might apply to services at our office. However, please keep in mind that verifying and understanding your insurance benefits (including exclusions and deductibles) is ultimately your responsibility.
If we are not in-network with your health insurance plan, we will be glad to provide billing documents you can use to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
